The Colour Index is published as two halves of the same corpus. Part 1 covers Pigments and Solvent Dyes; Part 2 covers Dyes and Related Products (textile auxiliaries and dye-related substances). Subscribers who only work with one side of the catalogue can buy just that half at £280/year; Full access bundles both at £425/year.
Seats are active users in your organisation. The first seat is included in the base price; additional users are £37/year on every tier except Universities, where additional seats are £7/year as part of the SDC charity’s educational discount.
Universities is verified education only — typically degree-awarding institutions and accredited research institutes. The reduced per-seat fee reflects the SDC’s registered-charity remit to support textile + colour education.
